Warranty Policy

1. Warranty coverage

Minh Quan Plastic warrants products supplied by the company (plastic pallets, crates, industrial bins, drums, IBC tanks…) against manufacturing defects, including:

• Cracks, breakage or fractures caused by material or manufacturing defects.
• Abnormal warping or deformation under recommended load and usage conditions.
• Significant deviation in size or configuration from the confirmed quotation/order.

2. Warranty duration

The warranty period applies per product line and is stated on the quotation or agreed with the customer at the time of ordering. Reference terms:

• New products: 12-month warranty from the delivery date.
• Used or liquidation stock: as separately agreed on the quotation.
• Accessories (wheels, lids, straps…): as specified for each order.

3. Exclusions

• Use beyond the product's recommended dynamic/static load.
• Damage from strong impact, falls, or direct forklift collision with the product body.
• Use in unsuitable environments: chemicals incompatible with the material, temperatures beyond the plastic's tolerance.
• Unauthorized repair, drilling, cutting or structural modification.
• Natural wear and tear (surface scratches, color fading over time).

4. Claim process

• Step 1: Contact our hotline or Zalo with photos/videos of the defective product and order details (invoice number, purchase date).
• Step 2: Our technical team verifies and responds within 24 working hours.
• Step 3: For covered defects, we replace the product with a new equivalent or agree on an appropriate remedy (repair, pro-rated refund).
• Step 4: Shipping costs for warranty claims are covered by Minh Quan Plastic when the defect is our responsibility.
