Shipping Policy

1. Coverage and delivery time

• Nationwide delivery via our own fleet and reputable transport partners.
• Ho Chi Minh City and nearby provinces (Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Long An): within 24 hours for in-stock items.
• Other provinces: usually 2–5 working days depending on the area and route.
• Made-to-order goods: delivery time confirmed on the quotation.

2. Shipping fees

• Fees depend on quantity, weight, dimensions and delivery address — always quoted before the order is confirmed.
• Bulk orders and project customers receive shipping support; contact us for a specific quote.
• For goods sent via provincial freight lines, last-mile charges (from the freight station to the customer's warehouse) are paid directly to the carrier unless otherwise agreed.

3. Receiving and inspection

• The customer (or an authorized person) should count and visually inspect goods upon receipt.
• Sign the delivery record and note any issues (shortage, breakage, wrong model) immediately.
• For transport damage, contact our hotline/Zalo right away with photos to be handled under the return policy.

4. Delivery delays

If delivery is affected by objective factors (weather, transport incidents, route congestion…), Minh Quan Plastic will proactively notify you and agree on a new delivery time as soon as possible.
